We had a great year in 2012 and are passing on our thanks with special low pricing on all books at my website!

Also, visit to see what we’ve been doing with some other talented authors.

We have four events in the next five weeks! Email me at to find out about these four and more!

PS Check out to find out what else we’ve been doing. And to read about some Great New Authors we have published!
…and two more that will be published by Christmas. (My books and their books will make great presents)

We’re looking forward to returning to two events in October 2012, that we have participated in before.
eMail me at to find out more about these and other events planned for the remainder of 2012.

Check out to find out what else we’ve been doing.
And to read about some Great New Authors we have had the pleasure to publish!

I know I’ve been quiet for a while, but much has been going on.

I have been working with some authors through A Snowy Day Distribution & Publishing, so be sure to visit to see some other books Sal & I have been publishing!

However, some of my “works in progress” are still progressing well, so keep checking in for notice of new books on the horizon. 🙂

Sal and I hope you and yours had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

We shared ours with our children and grandchildren, which is enough to give thanks for, but we also were able to celebrate the 17th birthday of our grandson, Christopher!

The Saturday after Thanksgiving was the 17th Annual Winter Holiday Stroll, in Nashua, NH!. Sal & I have participated every year since it started!

The following Saturday was the Spirit of the Season Christmas Parade, in Manchester, NH. Mickey Blue Eyes, Sal & I marched with the Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter. We handed out hundreds of candy-canes and homemade dog biscuits that Holly made. There were around a dozen dogs participating and everyone’s dogs were well behaved. We had an incredible time! This parade will be the 1st Saturday in December at 4:00pm again next year.

Here are just a few pictures…

There were over eighty groups in the Manchester, NH Parade. We marched with the Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter. The Duhaime family carried the banner.

Here is Mickey Blue Eyes, anxious to go!

Here is Mickey Blue Eyes, around the halfway point. We were behind the NH Roller Derby group.

We stopped numerous times, for Mickey Blue Eyes to greet children along the route. She had a great time! And a great night’s sleep!

The first event for Summer And August, A Cape Cod Murder Mystery was on May 30, 2010, at Yellow Umbrella Books in Chatham, MA, the setting for the story. We returned for Encore Events at Yellow Umbrella Books on July 11th, August 15th, and October 10th.

There were two events in June, one at Booklovers’ Gourmet in Webster, Ma and the other was a charity event in Freedom, NH.

In July we had four events. Our second visit to Yellow Umbrella Books; Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Nashua, NH; The Toadstool Bookshops in Milford, NH; and The Toadstool Bookshops in Peterborough, NH.

We had three events in August. Our second visit to Freedom, NH; The Toadstool Bookshops in Keene, NH; and our third visit to Yellow Umbrella Books.

In September we had five events. We were asked to participate at the 10th annual Dracut Old Home Day in Dracut, MA; we did three consecutive days at our favorite fund raiser, for the Wrentham Developmental Center; and Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Salem, NH.

On June 7th I was interviewed by George Pelletier, book columnist for the Nashua Telegraph, who is enjoying reading SUMMER AND AUGUST. George will run his book review and an article in the Arts & Living section of the Sunday Nashua Telegraph on June 27th. He had some interesting questions; and I’m not going to spoil it by telling you any more in advance!

Our next event is a charity event in Freedom, NH on June 12th; raising money for the Non-profit organizations in the town. After that we go to Booklovers’ Gourmet in Webster, MA on June 26th.

Following our next event at Yellow Umbrella Books, which is on July 11th we will be at Barnes & Noble in Nashua, NH on July 17th.

I will post the balance of scheduled July and August events next time.

This time of year we have a big push to have many small get-togethers, so we can share gifts with all our dear friends and loved ones who we may not see on Christmas day.

Last night began the mini Christmas parties with our dear friends Carol and Don, and our three year old Godchild, Beth Alice.

We shared wonderful conversation, taking away from all the unpleasant things we each experienced during the day (I won’t get into each of our woes). We then all enjoyed a fine Mexican cuisine at Amigos Mexican Cantina, just off the circle in Milford, NH. (Only rivaled by their new location in Merrimack, NH.

After which we exchanged our Christmas gifts, and opened them, since we would not be together on Christmas. It was truly a wonderful evening with a small group (three) of friends and loved ones. And has set the bar for many more similar evenings ove the next two weeks.

I hope all your holiday happenings are as fine as ours started. My wish to each and every one of you is that you find the inner happiness you seek and share it with as many people as you can for the rest of this year.

Here’s our three year old Goddaughter, Beth Alice

Last night we celebrated the birthday of one of our son-in-laws, Bruce, his birthday is actually December 3rd. We had a great time. See pictures below.

Bruce’s Ice Cream Cake; it was yummy!

We have another son-in-law and a granddaughter celebrating birthdays this month. Also a cousin, an aunt and Debra Lawless!

November and December we don’t stand a chance to watch our eating habits! Terrible isn’t it. 🙂
