Our sincere thanks to Mary Ellen for asking us back to the Salem B&N store for our sixth event at this wonderful store since September 2010!

Once again we had an incredible event; meeting many new and old friends. This time featuring the New Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned and the New Candy-Colored Clown, which were both just re-published by A Snowy Day Distribution & Publishing!

Your continued support at our book events, as well as supporting our Nook and Kindle sales, are bodacious!

Next Saturday, June 25, 2011, Sal and I will be at the Plaistow Old Home Day, at Pollard Park in Plaistow, NH. See you there!

The first event for the New Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned was at the Manchester B&N and was incredible! Don’t miss out on the fun on June 18 at the Salem Barnes & Noble!

They will also feature the New Candy-Colored Clown. Both books make  great Father’s Day gifts!

Computer issues have kept me off the air, so I’ll be brief and get this posted. We’ll see you there!

This was an incredible event! Sincere thanks to all the bodacious people who bought a tremendous number of Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned;  Summer And August; and Candy-Colored Clown!

Here’s a picture of me with Dee at the Manchester B&N

Sincere thanks to all the wonderful associates at the Manchester Barnes & Noble; especially Claire and Karen!

Sal’s second author, Kathryn LoConte had a great day at the Salem Barnes & Noble, with Searching for Saffron, at the same time as us!

Next week, May 14, we have a personal event, but you can catch up with Sal’s third author, Michelle McCorkle, with Angel of Mercy, at the Salem Barnes & Noble. And/or Kathryn LoConte at the Toadstool Bookshop in Keene!

The following week, May 21, we have a private event with the Monadnock Writer’s Group; Michelle will be at the Toadstool Bookshop in Keene!

After that, on Memorial Day weekend, we return to Yellow Umbrella Books on Cape Cod on the  anniversary of the first event for Summer And August!

Lots more going on this summer. Keep coming back!

April was a very busy month for Sal and me…
We had Birthdays, Retirements, Concerts, Expo’s and more!

We have a lot going in May. Our very first event for the NEW Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned, A Murder Mystery.
Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned is the sixth book published by A Snowy Day Distribution in our first year of business.

If you read the original you will have answers to questions left hanging. If you have not read the original you will certainly find Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned, A Murder Mystery an emotional experience.
Sal and I hope to see you at the Barnes & Noble Bookseller in Manchester, NH at 2:00pm.

But if you can’t make it there we will be speaking to the Monadnock writers Group on May 21st and then at Yellow Umbrella Books, in Chatham, MA, on Cape Cod on May 29, 2011 (which is the one year anniversary of Summer And August).
Much more coming up this Summer and Fall!

The rework was truly a labor of love! I took apart my cathartic work, which is my only book written in the first person. I eliminated a small amount of unnecessary dialogue and then added clarification and detail. The revised edition consists of 288 pages vs. the original 224, which was first published in 2000.

To those who read the original: I believe you will come away with answers to questions you may have been left wanting answered.

To those who have not read the original: I believe it reflects the growth of my writing over the past decade. You will experience a plethora of emotions. YESTERDAY, TOMMY GRAY DROWNED is a Murder Mystery, set in a fictional town south of Worcester, MA.

PS
Yesterday, Tommy Gray Drowned will be available on Nook & Kindle within a week!

I want to thank each and every one of you who made this event, on Saturday, February 19, 2010 at the Barnes & Noble Booksellers in Salem, NH,  another success! This was the fifth Salem, NH Barnes & Noble event that you bought an incredible quantity of books at this store! Thanks to each and every one of you for your bodacious support.

Sincerest thanks to Mary Ellen for having us back at this incredible Barnes & Noble store in Salem, NH! You and the associates of this store make Sal and me feel so comfortable and at home there!

At this event the store also featured Summer And August, Father Sandro’s Money, Candy-Colored Clown, Spiderling and Piscatagua on the Nook.

Pass the word to anyone you know in the Salem, NH area; especially those who live across the border in MA, the Salem, NH Barnes & Noble store has the largest area dedicated the Nook and Nook accessories that we’ve ever seen! And there’s no sales tax in New Hampshire!

Next Saturday I have off, but we will be attending at the Barnes & Noble in Manchester, NH for Kathryn LoConte, author of Searching for Saffron.  Katy traveled to six continents before writing Searching for Saffron, a book of short stories telling of the experiences and events of Anna Collins, as she travels around the globe from country to country. It’s a fun book and an easy read. Sal and I hope you come out to support this fresh, young, New Hampshire talent! Her event is at 2:00pm.

PS
The two weeks following I have events at The Toadstool Bookshops in Milford, NH (March 5th) and The Toadstool Bookshops in Keene, NH (March 12th), both are at 2:00pm

Sal and I had a great time at this reading group meeting! Good conversation and great food! Our thanks to Christina for coordinating the event. Sincerest thanks to Jean for hosting the event in her beautiful home; and to Stacy, Pat, Marti, Lisa and Bernadette for all the wonderful discussion.

It has become more and more popular for book clubs to ask authors to come and speak. We love doing this, because we can have more time answering questions people have about writing in general and about my books.

Please feel free to email Sal or me to schedule your own event. Go to the web site at www.kspirito.com and click on either email address (on the center panel of the home page).

This coming Saturday, February 19, 2011 I will be at the Barnes & Noble Bookseller in Salem, NH at 2:00pm. This is the fifth time we have been at this incredible book store since September! Last time we sold out in less than an hour. Come early!

After this event I’ll remind you about Kathryn LoConte’s event at the Manchester, NH B&N and tell you about my next visit to The Toadstool Bookshops in Milford, NH in early March!
K

PS
Continue to spread the word to your e-reader friends that my books are available on Nook & Kindle!
